This beautiful blanket box is made using reclaimed wood giving it an old style vintage look.
Embellished with Antique Iron handles, hinges and hasp which compliment the Rugger Brown finish adding a touch of period charm to this solid piece of furniture.
Hand made to order, each piece has its own characteristics in the wood, such as knots, dents, minor splits and variances in shading and graining (but with a smooth sanded surface premium, tactile finish). These are all part of the natural character of reclaimed wood.

Who doesn’t love a great wooden chest? A dog with multiple toys, seemingly strewn everywhere all the time, gave me a great excuse to order this one. Made to my own measurements, which is perfect. The finish is smooth and the fixtures are gorgeous and sturdy. Both Womble and I are very happy. Worth the wait to have a bespoke item, beautifully made, that will become an heirloom for sure. Thanks to Steve for keeping me in the loop throughout the process.
