Returns

Our returns policy means that you can return an order up to 15 days from purchase. Please note any return costs are at your own expense unless the item has been damaged in transport. Please contact us at info@theheathworkshop.co.uk for support.

If the item has been damaged during transport, we will arrange at our cost, collection of the item. You have the right to a replacement item which will be sent at our cost. Please note delivery timescales will vary depending on the item purchased.

Online order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty.

We will refund customers providing they have told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Any item returned must be in its original condition and packaging. We can not accept any liability for damages if the item is not returned in its original packaging.

All items sold are guaranteed for 12 months.
